Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

4 slices bacon

3 lbs chicken thighs without skin (or whole chicken)

1 cup raw rice

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can water

garlic salt

parsley

oregano

pepper

paprika

thyme or rosemary

Directions

Spray pan with Pam. Line baking dish with bacon slices and cover with rice. Arrange chicken pieces over rice. Spread with soup and pour water over all. Sprinkle with spices. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
